About FOL
FOL’s mission is to establish a close relationship between home and school by advancing opportunity for all parents to become involved in the Lakeway Elementary community and develop a strong working relationship between educators, the parents and the community in order to provide for every child the best possible advantages in education.
FOL raises funds for supplemental educational materials and experiences, supports school and family social interaction, and provides a non-biased forum for sharing information on issues that impact our children. It is our belief that the team effort of a parent-teacher organization offers the best possible learning environment for our children.
With the help of parents and the community we will promote a school climate of respect, cooperation, responsibility, and an understanding of everyone's obligation to the community.
